We got tired of not knowing when — or if — a ride was coming
FastRide started with a frustration most Nigerians know well: standing on the roadside, negotiating a fare before you've even said where you're going, with no real idea when a vehicle will actually show up.
We wanted something simpler — open the app, see your fare, see your driver, and know exactly when they'll arrive. No back-and-forth, no guesswork, and a route that actually accounts for the traffic you're sitting in.
What began as a small team and a handful of drivers in Lagos has grown into a network across eight cities, but the goal hasn't changed: get people where they're going, safely and on time, and give drivers a fair, flexible way to earn.
