Yes — tap "Schedule" when booking and pick a date and time. We'll match you with a driver closer to your pickup slot.
Open your trip history, select the trip, and tap "Report a lost item." We'll connect you with your driver to arrange a return.
Yes, tap "Add stop" during an active trip. Extra stops may add a small amount to your fare.
Fares & Payment
Fares are based on distance, estimated time, and current demand in your area. You'll always see the fare before you confirm a trip — no surprises after.
Cash, debit card, and bank transfer. You can set a default in the app or choose per trip.
Every trip generates a digital receipt automatically, sent to your email and saved in your trip history.
Driving with FastRide
A valid licence, a roadworthy vehicle or bike (2012 or newer), valid ID, and a clean background check. Full details are on our Drive with Us page.
Earnings are paid out weekly, straight to the bank account you register during sign-up.
